Leave Your Legacy: 2011.01.28 - Wheels

Welcome to another Leave Your Legacy challenge!  If you're new to my challenges, you can read more about how these came about here.

This week, we're going back.  In my case, I'm going back to the year 1987.  The challenge this week is:

Create a layout about your first car.

Here's my example:

Supplies used:  Bazzill Basics cardstock; My Mind's Eye patterned paper and tag;  Bo Bunny acrylic frame; Doodlebug Designs letter stickers; Basic Grey rub-ons; Ranger Stickles; Tsukineko ink; unknown ribbon.

Hidden journaling reads:

This was my very first car.  Sweet ride, eh?  The little marroon and tan Chevette you see in the background was the first car I had access to (Mom and I would share), but this little beauty was my very own.  I remember being so excited when I saw the ad in the paper for it.  My dad was leary at buying a used car, but he and Mom graciously bought it for me so I would have transporation while at university.  Of course, I was expected to come home more often then!  While this baby had its' share of car troubles, it was so much fun!  Even if the roof did leak when it rained very hard... :)
