LoveSong Challenge

I posted my challenge for the February Love Songs crop at WeScrap today.  It's an album cover inspiration challenge - you can see it here. 

I chose The Best Lovesongs Ever! album cover as my inspiration.  I loved the combination of kraft on kraft colours and the white title.  This is what I came up with:

Supplies used:  Bazzill Basics cardstock; EK Success, Martha Stewart Crafts and Fiskars punches; American Crafts Thickers and Memory Marker; Making Memories stamps ("meeting your"); Just Cre8 Worn Out Journaling stamps; Tim Holtz Distress Ink; Stampendous embossing powder.

Journaling reads:
You are blessed with 4 loving grandparents, who couldn't wait to meet you!  Especially your Nonna, who was diagnosed with cancer just before your birth.

My apologies for the quality of the photo - it gets dark here early still! :(  I'll try to take another tomorrow...

At any rate, it's another very simple layout for me - I don't know if my style is changing or if I'm just happy to be getting layouts done!
