Connor started baseball last night. It was a mad dash to the diamonds, as I was in Leamington for the whole day (getting ready for our big yard sale on April 27th/28th), and had to race back to drop my sister, Teresa, off at home, pick up Gary and Aili in Windsor, head back to Puce to pick up Connor and then home to Belle River to get him changed and ready to go.
It was a two hour practice!! 6pm to 8pm and he was exhausted when he got home! A quick shower, finish up his homework and he was asleep before his head hit the pillow!
He did quite well, considering that he has been gun shy the last few weeks after taking a hard ball to the thigh. Unfortunately, the weather was too cold, and we didn't want to expose Aili to the elements with her lingering cough, so I didn't get any pictures! :(
Next Wednesday, hopefully!!
