Supplies used: Jenni Bowlin, SEI, Basic Grey and 7 Gypsies patterned papers; Marvy Uchida, EK Success and Martha Stewart Crafts punches; Maya Road chipboard; Tsukineko ink; Stampendous embossing powder; Basic Grey stickers; Sakura pen; McCall's pattern tissue; Glitz Designs rhinestones; miscellaneous buttons, ribbon and vintage lace.
This week, we had four elements that we had to incorporate - I struggled a little bit with this one! The ledger paper was easy - I love this die cut paper from Jenny Bowlin! Same goes for the pop dots - they're always on my layouts!
The ribbon is tied across the page and I used lace to create the flowers, with various centres:
They were simple to make! I just sewed the two raw edges of a length of lace together and then ran a running stitch through the crocheted holes, drawing the thread tight to gather it.
Using my fingerprints on this layout stumped me. Then I had an idea! Using gold ink, I inked up my index finger, along with that of my daughter's, and pressed them into heart shapes on paper. I then embossed them and cut them out.
