This week's challenge is up at Creative Prompts 4 You!
This is one of my favourite projects that I've created while with CP4U! I have to say, I'm going to miss having this inspiration once my design team term is up. I know - I can always use the prompts each week, but there's nothing like a deadline to force you to create! :)
I was immediately inspired by the colours in this week's challenge. I loved the mix of lime green, red and white. That's what inspired me to create this:
Supplies used: Bazzill Basics cardstock, Scenic Route patterned paper and chipboard, Fancy Pants chipboard, Heidi Swapp chipboard, Maya Road sheer bird and trinket pins, KI Memories Icicles, Doodlebug Designs alpha stickers, Tsukineko ink, Stampendous embossing powder, Making Memories jewel brads, American Crafts marker, unknown tags, buttons and ribbon.
Quite honestly, I struggled for a while with the placement of the embellishment cluster. I'm not even sure that I got it right, but I like it well enough :)
And I am LOVIN' these Maya Road Crystal Star trinket pins!!
So that's five layouts in the last week for me! I think that may be more than I've done in the past six months, while we were renovating! My new studio must be working on my mojo... :)
Check out the challenge yourself and see what inspires you!
