Remembrance Day Services

On Sunday, the Agamemnon Sea Cadet Corps marched to City Hall Town Square and participated in the Remembrance Day services.  Connor was excited and a bit nervous, too, I think!  He was originally part of the Gun Crew, but was switched to the Guard when he proved more adept than some of the other new entries.

Isn't he handsome in his uniform?

They marched from the cadet headquarters to the cenotaph where the services were to be held, meeting up with the regiments from the army and air cadets.

There were hundreds of people there for the parade and service, paying tribute to the brave men and women of our country who lost their lives over the years.

Lest We Forget.  Thank you for your service to our country and thank you for risking your lives so that we may live ours in freedom and peace.

Cheers,
