Connor has taken to football like a duck to water. He is first string for three of the special teams (I can't remember all of them but I remember him mentioning "punt return"), and played first string on the defensive line for his first two games before he got injured. Now he's striving to prove that he deserves his spot back.
On Tuesday, they played W.F. Herman Secondary School, by far the toughest team in the league. They lost 35-0. When I asked Connor if he was disappointed, he said, "Heck, no! We didn't lose as bad as Essex or St. Annes!"
LOL - I guess it's all a matter of perspective!
