- I have started to blog more consistently, sometimes daily!
- I suggested a new column and blog for Canadian Scrapbooker magazine, which has been very well received!!
- I watched my son grow as an athlete, and was so proud of him when he was invited to Regionals, and Provincial Team championships!
- I was asked to teach at ScrapFest and had a wonderful time! I have since had more requests, which is awesome, because it's so much fun!
- I had more time to drop everything to sit and craft for an hour with my daughter, the budding little artist.
- we started renovations to my studio, in the hopes of creating an organized, peaceful retreat so I can begin crafting more.
- we started on a journey towards healthier living. There were a few bumps in the road, due to a knee injury, but we got back on track.
- I was asked to Guest Design for an inspiring sketch challenge blog, Creative Scrappers.
- I have put together a couple of outlines for a novel, but am nowhere near ready to start writing it! :)
- I have had more time to get out and just shoot, rather than concentrating on events or required photos.
- I have had my moments when I miss designing kits and stamps, and everything that was involved with running Just Cre8, but would still have made the same decision.
I can't wait to see what the next year brings!
YEAH!! what a great post.. thanks for sharing.. and I am so glad that you taught at scrapfest... you are a great teacher..
